Am I eligible for a refund?
It depends on your ticket type:
- Refundable tickets: Full refund minus processing fee.
- Non-refundable tickets: No cash refund, but may offer travel credit.
How long does a refund take?
Processing takes 7–14 business days. International refunds may take up to 30 days due to banking systems.
What are your change fees?
Domestic: $50. International: $100. Some promotional fares cannot be changed.
Travel credit validity
Credits expire 12 months from issue date and can be used for any new booking.
