1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using skywander.com (the “Site”) or any related mobile application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Use of our services for commercial resale or unauthorized data scraping is strictly prohibited.

2. Booking & Ticketing

All flight bookings are subject to airline availability and fare rules. We act as an intermediary agent— we do not operate flights. Final ticket issuance depends on airline confirmation.

• Fares displayed are subject to change until ticketing is complete.
• Name changes after booking are generally not permitted by airlines and may incur full rebooking fees.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details (e.g., full name as in passport, date of birth, gender).
• Failure to comply with document requirements (e.g., passport validity, visa) may result in denied boarding without refund.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors (e.g., due to system malfunction).

• Payment must be completed within the hold time (typically 24–72 hours for flexible fares).
• Third-party payment processors handle transactions; we do not store full card details.
• Exchange rate fluctuations may affect final billing for international cards.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Your eligibility for changes or refunds depends entirely on the airline’s fare rules, not our policy. This information is displayed during booking.

• We charge a service fee for processing cancellations or changes where permitted.
• Non-refundable tickets may be eligible for travel credit (valid 12 months).
• Refunds for eligible bookings may take 7–30 business days to process.
• Force majeure events (e.g., war, pandemics, natural disasters) may affect refund entitlements per airline policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information during booking.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including immigration and customs regulations.
• Check your email for booking confirmations, flight updates, and policy changes.
• Not misuse the Site (e.g., automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, fraudulent bookings).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My-TripTravel shall not be liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by airlines, weather, or ATC.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., missed hotel, lost wages).
• Losses arising from force majeure or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim related to your booking shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, text, graphics, software, and booking engine—is the property of My-TripTravel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany (or your local jurisdiction if mandated by consumer protection law). Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Berlin, Germany, or to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
